Hey i went to my new heath food store and i need you to email me some of the stuff you cooked the recipes and stuff. I even bought the apple vinegar and brags oil black stuff of death i must really miss you. I hated how i went into the store and didn't have you there mainly because you point out the hotties faster for me and because i have no idea what most of the heath stuff is.
